The Additive Manufacturing (AM) Module is an Add-on Module in Thermo-Calc that is primarily designed for modeling the powder bed fusion processes in Additive Manufacturing.

This webinar is a follow-up to our popular webinar Demonstration of the New Additive Manufacturing Module, which took place in September 2023. Since then the Additive Manufacturing Module has seen several updates, such as the introduction of the keyhole model, the addition of printability maps, and the latest ability—to plot thermal gradients and solidification rates in addition to other improvements and new functionalities. Therefore, this webinar serves as a follow-up webinar to complement our first AM Module webinar.
